Saareeraka Upanishad~5.

Mantra:4

“Vaak, paani, paada, paayu,
upastha, aakhyaani karma indriyaani” ||4||

4. “Mouth, hand, leg, excretory organ, (and) reproductive organ are called karmendriyas or organs of action”.  These are five organs of action.

Mantra:5

“Teshaam kramena vachana,
aadaana, gamana, visarga,
aanandaah cha etay vishayaah” ||5||

“From these (organs of action), the functions of talking, handling, going about, excretion and deriving (sensual) pleasure came into existence”.

Mantra:6

“Prithivi aadi mahaa bhooteshu
kramena utpannaah” ||6||

“All these (functions of organs of action) issued forth from the great elements the earth, the water, the fire, the air and the space respectively”.
