THEOSONICS – Dynamics of Divine Name – Part 5
One of the ultimate authorities on Bhaagavata Bhakti is Sri Prahlaada. He declares in his “Devotional Message” to his class-mates as under:
“Sraddhayaa tat kathaayaam cha
Keertanaih guna karmanaam”
(Bhaagavavata: VII: 7: 31).
“With abiding and abounding interest in His(Lord’s) story, and by eulogising the qualities and exploits (of the Lord, the devotee can develop a constant love for her/his chosen Deity.).”
Our great ancestors in the path made an unequivocal and final statement which is the quintessence of our discussion in its entirety, as below:
“Naama smaranaat anyopaayam
Nahi pasyaamo bhava tarane
Raama Hare, Krishna Hare,
Tava Naama vadaamah
sadaa NriHare“!
This is very simple and easy to understand.
And there is another clarification from the Saastras that one can attain liberation through contemplating on the Name of the Lord or through chanting the Name of Kesava/the Lord in Kaliyuga.
With this we conclude our series on the Divine Name. In the next series we take-up discussion on the Divine Form.
Thank You.

Excellent.
The fifth part of ‘Dynamics of Divine Name’ is culminated after giving a prominent message that one can attain liberation simply by chanting the Name of one’s chosen Diety.(particularly in Kaliyuga)
At this juncture we can recollect “Naama paaraayana preetha” from Sri Lalitha Sahasra Nama”.
